Rest is not a luxury. It’s where transformation begins.

KALI

ABOUT RED LOTUS

I work at the intersection of intuition, somatic intelligence, and lived practice.
My approach is simple: presence, clarity, and the ability to see beneath the surface.

For nearly three decades, I’ve worked within the healing arts—through therapeutic and intuitive bodywork, nervous system restoration, trauma-aware practice, and Ayurvedic-inspired treatments.
I combine skilled touch with attunement and instinct, listening to what the body communicates beneath words.

I’m not interested in performance, spiritual personas, or pretending to be softer than I am.
My way is quiet, direct, and deeply aware.
I guide from discernment, embodiment, and a steady trust in what’s real.

How I Hold Space

I don’t fix or rescue.
I don’t over-function.

I create environments where people can hear themselves again—where the noise drops, the body speaks, and truth becomes clear.

Sometimes that looks like silence.
Sometimes movement, breath, or emotional release.
Sometimes it’s simply sitting with what’s honest.

Lineages & Influences

My work is informed by practices that have shaped my way of being and guiding:

  • the meditative discipline of Zen Buddhist practice
  • the devotional movement and presence of the Sufi tradition
  • the breath, clarity, and embodiment of Yogic teachings
  • Ayurvedic-inspired body treatments rooted in grounding and nourishment

These lineages inform my presence and the way I hold space—not as titles, but as subtle, lived influences.

What Matters Most to Me

Presence.
Discernment.
Integrity.

Honoring the intelligence of the body without forcing.

I believe people carry their own medicine—my work is to create the conditions where they can access it.
