Rooted in lineage. Refined by practice. Offered with devotion.

I’ve worked with the body for over 30 years.

This is a craft I’ve honed through lived experience, rigorous training, devotion to practice, and deep ancestral memory. My work is informed by a lifetime of learning — through massage, yoga, movement, ceremony, study, and thousands of hours in direct service.

My hands carry the stories of the people I’ve served and the paths I’ve walked. My ancestral practices come from the Philippines and the Dominican Republic, rooted in traditions of care, resilience, and embodied wisdom. From retreat centers to clinical rooms — I’ve learned by doing, by listening, by being present. And I bring all of that to every session.

My Philosophy

The body holds wisdom.

It speaks through sensation, breath, stillness, and instinct. It remembers what the mind forgets. When we give it space, when we meet it with respect — it responds.

My work meets people where they are — grounded, clear, and responsive. I don’t follow a script. I listen to the body, track what’s unfolding, and offer support with skill and precision.

My Offerings

  • Massage therapy & bodywork with clinical depth, intuitive awareness, and ancestral skill
  • Retreats & sacred containers that nourish body and spirit through movement, nature, ritual, and rest
  • Teaching & mentorship grounded in direct experience, lineage, and long-term devotion to healing

This is professional work rooted in integrity.
It’s also personal — shaped by the people I serve, the places I come from, and the wisdom I continue to earn.

“Be like dust beneath the feet of the horse of a dervish.”
