    The ancient yogis lived in the forests, mountains and jungles. They immersed themselves in nature, let go of worldly life and returned to simplicity.

    7:30 Meditation

    12:00 SEVA (selfless service)

    12:30 Silent Lunch

    Free Time to sauna, swim, hike, horseback ride or rest
